“Dances of Universal Peace”
(Tuesday evenings on Jan 22nd, Feb 19th, March 18th
7.30pm-9.30pm) contributions £4.50
If you can walk you can dance - if you can talk you can sing.
We use simple sacred phrases, chants and movements from the many spiritual traditions of the earth to connect with our inner centre of peace and compassion. Some dances are meditative, some are lively and joyous and all you need is an open heart.

 “Exploring exercises in Deep Ecology”
(Sundays, Jan 13th, Feb 10th, Mar 9th, 7pm-9pm)
Contributions welcome
Inspired by the work of Joanna Macy, this self help group is exploring the work that reconnects. These group methods help transform despair in the face of social and ecological crisis into creative collaborative action. If you feel that you would benefit or could contribute to such anEmpowerment Group, please come along.

“The Positive Dynamic of Working Co-operatively”
(Jan 23rd, 7pm-9.15pm) Cost–donations
Our motive for doing things affects not only our own development but that of the organisations we work for. Is there an essential energy dynamic involved that we can use and replicate?

“12 Senses Workshop”
(Feb 9th, 9.30am-1.30pm) Cost-donations
Rudolf Steiner pointed out that we have 12 distinct senses (and not just the 5 we are used to). To begin, we will do a quick sketch of the full 12 and then look at the 6 natural pairs of ‘opposites’, and how they balance each other. We will then concentrate on the sense of Balance itself.

”Insights into the Upper-School Curriculum”
(Feb 20th, 7.00pm-9.30pm) Cost-donations
What is taught in a Steiner upper school and how do the lessons of the lower school lay the foundations. How does it compare academically to the state education system.
